Using the humorous Principal Gerry, we will be looking at practical ways teachers, principals, and paras can positively change the climate and culture of their school sites.

Learning Objective 1:
Participants will develop low-effort traditions to improve their school site's culture and climate.

Heidi has proudly been a teacher for 21 years. She loved teaching middle school classes, and now loves working with the youngest kids on campus. She is blessed to be Rupp's wife and the mom to three teenage hooligans.

Sarah Goodyear

Douglas City ESD
Sarah is the tallest teacher on campus, but is flexible enough to work at the tables in her first grade room. She has a passion for excellence in and out of the school. Sarah puts the fun into staff meetings, trainings, and road trips.
